With Great Sentiment comes – Great Clutter

Here’s an example. I have a REI rain jacket I bought in the late 1970’s with my then boyfriend, now late husband at the REI store in New York. I don’t even think that store still exists. But he was so enthusiastic about getting me the proper equipment for suburban survival.
It isn’t just about coats, although between my flat mate and me, the hall closet is brimming.
Don’t get me wrong, every 6 months I reexamine my home and start donating – but simply put, I am not there yet. I am not in the place where I can look around and say “Perfect.”
But I am working on it. 🙂
Wish me luck!
