First Attempt at making Flounder

I decided to get adventurerous recently and bought a flounder.   I wrapped it and put it in the freezer and there it stayed for a month.  I came across it today and decided to cook it.  I used lemon and olive oil and baked it for one hour at 350 degrees with red potatoes and fresh carrots.  What a pleasant surprise for me – the flounder was excellent.  I must try to be more adventurerous in 2013 – it pays off!
